INTERESTED IN A NANNY

If you’re interested in a nanny at home, we are happy to come to your home for an intake. During this intake we will discuss your family situation and your wishes for day-care at home. Together we will then create the profile for the desired nanny.

  • How many children need care?
  • What’s the age of the children?
  • On what days is day-care needed?
  • What hours would you like to have day-care?
  • Which household chores have to be done?
  • Do the children have to be brought and picked up from school or kindergarten?
  • Do the children have to be brought and picked up from sports or and other clubs?

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION NANNY

After the intake we will actively look for a suitable nanny. To bring the vacancy under the attention we will place this on our own website and other jobsites. In addition, we search in our own database for suitable nannies. After we have talked to a number of suitable nannies, we will present these to you. You will receive the resume, references and our findings about every nanny. You can then indicate which nannies you would like to have a meeting with. We schedule the introductory talks and you will obviously be present at these meetings. The focus mainly lies with the connection between the wishes of the parents and the nanny. After that, a possible meeting with the children can take place.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT “SERVICE AT HOME”

The nannies of Nanny Home Netherlands all work according to the employment contract “service at home”. You are not the employer but the contractor of the nanny. One advantage of this is that you don’t have to pay wage tax and employer’s tax as a parent.

CONTRACTS

Once you come to an agreement with a nanny, Nanny Home Netherlands will take care of the contract settlement. After the contract has been signed, the location of the day-care is registered at the National Day-care Registry. This makes you eligible to receive childcare benefit from the tax authorities.

The entire recruitment and selection process takes about 6 weeks on average. During these 6 weeks we will stay in contact with you about the progress of the selection.
